Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before joining bk10. This document forms a legally binding agreement between you and bk10, governing platform use, account management, payments, and other important matters. Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing bk10's website or mobile app, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. They apply equally to all registered and unregistered users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Bk10 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Registered members will be notified in advance by email of any significant changes. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
This platform is for adults only — that is, individuals aged 18 or over. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from creating or using a bk10 account. We reserve the right to take the necessary steps to verify age and may request supporting documents to verify any account.

Account Creation & Security
To open an account on bk10, you must register with accurate and truthful information. Each person may only hold one account; duplicate accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be genuine and verifiable.
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. If you share your password with anyone, you will be held responsible for all activity carried out on that account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. bk10 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
After registration, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This may involve submitting a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Some features may be restricted until KYC is complete, but the process is entirely secure and your information will be kept strictly confidential.

Platform usage rules and user responsibilities
The bk10 platform is strictly for personal, non-commercial use. Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots or scripts, bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, or attempts to manipulate the system are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.
You agree that you will only place bets on your own behalf and will not manage an account for any third party. Playing on behalf of professional betting syndicates or organized groups, and using the platform for money laundering purposes, are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
The use of offensive, threatening, or abusive language on the platform is strictly prohibited. All users are expected to treat our customer support team with respect. Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs without reporting them immediately will be considered a violation of our Terms and Conditions.
The Random Number Generator (RNG) used to determine game outcomes meets internationally recognized standards and is regularly audited by independent third parties. bk10 is committed to fair gameplay, and there is no possibility of tampering with any result.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on bk10 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits must be made using approved payment methods, and the payment method must be registered in your own name. Depositing via third-party accounts or cards is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though minor delays may occur with certain payment methods. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed, and requests typically take 1–5 business days. To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met, as specified with each bonus offer.
Bk10 reserves the right to temporarily hold any payment for review if a transaction appears suspicious or unusual. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit, where applicable. If a technical error occurs during any transaction, notify our support team immediately — bk10 guarantees that the affected amount will be refunded.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
The bk10 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. bk10 shall not be liable for temporary disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, server maintenance, or technical problems. However, we are committed to providing a reasonable resolution for any account affected by technical issues.
The bk10 website, app, logo, game content, designs, and software are entirely the intellectual property of bk10. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any content for commercial purposes. Violations of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
The bk10 platform may contain links to third-party game providers or services. bk10 is not responsible for the quality, security, or accuracy of these third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies will apply. Users are advised to review the terms of any third party before engaging with them.
Bk10 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages under any circumstances. Our total liability in any given matter shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. Liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law are not affected by this limitation.

Account policy, changes to terms & applicable law
Bk10 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, suspicion of money laundering, or instructions from a competent authority. If an account is suspended, the user will be informed of the reason and given the opportunity to appeal, unless legal obligations require otherwise.
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months), bk10 may apply an inactivity fee or archive the account. Users will be notified in advance by email regarding any such fees or policies. To reactivate an account, please contact our support team.
Bk10 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Registered users will be notified via email or an on-platform notice at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved through Bangladeshi courts or an approved arbitration process.
